These guys were such a breathe of fresh air after dealing with the Honda dealer service department. They are honest and were able to accurately diagnose the problem with my car. It was a big job and it is finally fixed thanks to auto works. I will definitely be using them again when needed and I highly recommend them for mechanics you can trust.

Where do I start, they actual make me feel okay going to get my car serviced. For the 1st time ever, I feel like I had a genuine person helping me and not a customer service fake smile robot. They got me scheduled, they got me in, they were told to perform ANY services it needs, if it needs it, do it. They changed my oil (and rotated my tires at my request) then said I was good. They didn't try to up-sell me anything. I was told at my last service at the Honda dealership I would need my brakes done at the next service (less that 50,000 miles on a NEW vehicle). These guys checked them, and said they are FINE. I usually wait for my car to get serviced for 2-3 hrs with an appt at Honda... They had me in and out in just under an hour! Then the check out... I was expecting well over $100, probably close to $200, I use synthetic oil (history of never paying less than that at a service) and my jaw dropped at their reasonable prices! Oil change, tire rotation, and full check for other needed services, under $70. Amen! I will only be going here from now on! Thank you gentlemen for your hard work and care! Also, I'd like to add an oddball selling point for me... I dropped in to see if they could squeeze me in or schedule me an appt having never been there before and they were recommended from across the street at Fix Auto. The gentleman said he would be unable to squeeze me in as that would cut into his employees lunch time, he'd be glad to get me on the books. I LOVE that his employees came before me. It said he values them and shows he cares, that he doesn't try to squeeze things in and stress them out. It goes against the customer is always 1st priority and I LIKE it, society is too entitled these days, it was refreshing.

They tell me when things don't need repair when I have questions. Very reasonably priced. When I call they are really glad to help me. Their voice sounds like they are smiling.

I have used Auto Works for 23 yrs and Troy and his team are Excellent and professional in every way, my last repair was a insurance claim and they repaired the truck professionally, and their prices are always fair and reasonable, Troy always explains the entire repair to the fullest. Love these guys and God Bless them all.

4x4 went out in my vehicle. Took it to this place as it was recommended to me by les schwab. These guys never called to update me on anything. They never quoted me a price. They just did the work and charged me $800.00 to fix by replacing transfer case encoder motor...i felt like i had no choice but to pay.

I recently had my 2012 VW Touareg brakes serviced at Auto Works. Drew greeted me with amazing hospitality and professionalism which I did not expect after having been to several other places in town. Troy is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and his dedication for doing the right thing was greatly appreciated. Don’t think twice about giving these guys your business.
